The Center for Bioinformatics of the Faculty of Science of the University of Tübingen invites applications for the position of a research group leader on dynamical modeling of infections (E14 TV-L).
Successful candidates have a background in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics or a strongly related field. Possible areas of research are:
- Modeling of host-pathogen interactions
- Immunoinformatics of pathogens
- Dynamics of infection and immune responses
- Bacterial resistance development and spread
- Analysis and modeling of microbiome Dynamics
