Postdoc position in Cell Biology, Spain

The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, based in Barcelona, Spain, whose mission is to discover and advance knowledge for the benefit of society, public health and economic prosperity.

Mission of the role

Our laboratory studies how ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis regulates the functions of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). We are particularly interested in the roles of the ER-associated protein degradation (ERAD) pathway in protein quality control and lipid homeostasis. In our lab these processes are investigated using state-of-the-art proteomics, genetic, biochemical and imaging tools both in yeast and mammalian cells.
