The Freiburg Galaxy Team from the University of Freiburg is looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Bioinformatics.
The Galaxy project is an open, web-based platform to support computational biomedical research. We are developing new customized high-throughput data analysis tools, integrating existing tools into Galaxy, as well as interactive data visualization tools. Our Team is working closely together with the Galaxy core developers and community. Besides our strong HTS focus we are also driving the development of a cheminformatic Galaxy workbench and imaging tools. This project is highly community- and cooperation driven. The candidate will be part of the RNA Bioinformatics Center which belongs to the German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure (de.NBI).
